"I contacted Karen at the beginning of our wedding planning process based on great reviews. She was pleasant to work with and confirmed my date after I sent in a deposit. However, communication became an issue as the wedding approached. Despite multiple attempts to provide final details and payment, I received no response from her. Three days before the wedding, I discovered that I wasn't on her schedule, but she agreed to still cater the event if I forwarded our previous emails. On the day of the wedding, her staff arrived late, were unfriendly to guests, struggled to keep food on the table, and eventually ran out of food. This was particularly frustrating as I had overestimated attendance and paid for 210 guests, but only had around 180. The food itself was good, hence the 2-star rating, but the overall experience was disappointing and stressful, especially considering the lack of food provided despite payment for a larger guest count."
