"If you have a low-mid temp latte with an uneven, burned frying taste accompanied with a curt, indifferent posture and overall unpleasant far... then this is your place. With the numerous local coffee huts in town I am not sure how this place survives. I have to hear a really positive experience from anyone I know, or a pleasant encounter myself, from any Steam Dot location in the Anchorage area. I gave an extra star because they have a tasty cheese cook, but honestly it's just not worth it. Alaskans have standards for coffee, and this place certainly does not meet them in the product or service."
