"Numerous bad occasions have now resulted in me staying away from this location:1. The drinks are never consistent. Whoever you get to make them makes a completely different one to the next person.2. I went in a few weeks ago and one staff member at the counter talking to his friends. He took my order, then walked around to the front of the counter to his friends and began talking and looking at social media stories! I had to go up to him and ask him to stop socialising with his friends and make my drink.3. I spent over $50 on Postmates for 3 smoothies plus tip/fee etc. I ordered healthy heart x 2 (a yellowy looking smoothie), instead I received two completely different red smoothies with beetroot in. I called them up to let them know that I waited over an hour for my smoothies and they mad the wrong ones. I was assured the owner would call me. Of course they didn’t, expectation that a bunch of kids takes all responsibility.Not the same level as other stores within this franchise. Avoid this location unless you’re happy with a subpar smoothie and terrible service"
