"My usual order is a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I visited the Tiger Pointe location, and while the staff was very friendly, they seemed to be new and ended up making a completely different drink. I'm generally not picky, but I am when it comes to coffee and the type of milk used. Unfortunately, it tasted like coconut milk, which I can't stand. So, I decided to head to the GB location just a few minutes before they closed, and they were kind enough to remake it for me! Despite the line being a bit long right before closing time, the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating."
