"me and my husband took my mother to taggerts, we told her how good the food was. when we got there they put us out on the patio at a table that had no shade, 90 degree weather. it took 20 minutes just for a waitress to come and get our drink order. we ordered or meal at the same time. waited 1 hour and still had not gotten our food. they seated 5 other tables and 4 of the tables were served within 15 minutes or less. Still we had not been served our food. After a little over an hour we got up and left explaining to the waitress why we were leaving, was not treated very well. Payed for our drinks, which I think they should have comp us and we left. will not go back to taggerts ever again."
