"a truly delicious gluten-free food that even overtakes my gluten-loving husband! our server was wonderful, attentive, but not too attentive, and friendly. the atmosphere was beautiful. our reservation was for 9 o'clock on Thursday and even at the end of the service was our eating incredible. we had the gnocchi that came in a mushroom engraving that was so good that we also immersed the brotsticks in it! I had that steak. it was cooked to perfection with texture and taste, one of the best steaks I ever had. even my spatula was perfectly cooked. it was well done without being limp. my man had the faint and it was also perfection. he said it was one of the best meals he had ever had. we ordered the dessert. the blondie was more like a spicy cake than a blondie, after my thought, but it was still a good opportunity to finish the meal. we will come back! to get this quality of eating at the end of the night on a random week night, simply shows how good eating in posana really is.
