"My partner went in to grab me a latte yesterday morning, on the way home from visiting a neighboring business.It was a highly recommended place and I was excited to try it. I was listening to a podcast in the car and after what felt like forever, I looked down to realize my partner had not returned…. 30 minutes later.Almost 40 minutes later we received the order and it was mostly just milk. To the point I could not taste coffee at all, and the milk did not seem steamed. It was incredibly disappointing. I was told that the barista was the only one in the store on a Saturday. I can see how that would put her behind for the shop, but the lack of communication was a big issue to us. Originally she told us 15 minutes, which I would happily wait. But that was not the case.Overall it was a horribly long wait that really put me behind, and not a great cup of coffee. It’s easy to forgive things when you drink a cup of coffee you’d sell your first born for. That was just not the case sadly."
