"This was one of the best restaurants I have been too, definitely the best tapas in Portland. Everything about the whole experience was top notch. Food was 5stars, service was 5stars, atmosphere was 5stars and they had live jellyfish.My only recommendation would be to not sit outside as it's kind of busy with lot of car and foot traffic."
