"We went to the Aquarium Restaurant in Kemah for their Easter buffet. Started with fresh fruit, salads ,then on to a delicious herbed salmon topped with a cream sauce and capers, blackened mahi-mahi and an Ital;ian-style rolled chicken entree. We enjoyed selections from the dessert table as well. There were also oysters-on-the= half shell, lots of iced boiled shrimp and carving stations for roast and ham. The cheesy brussel sprouts were to die for. It was less expensive for other Easter buffets in the area. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We were seated right next to the big main aquarium too."
