"This was a terrible experience from the moment we walked in. Hostesses at the front were rude and dismissive. They asked us to wait for the next table (understandable), but promptly forgot about us as we moved off to the side and sat couple after couple before us. When we notified them, there was no apology but they proceeded to seat us next. Once we were seated, no one greeted us or took drink orders for 15 minutes, until we finally flagged down a server. By that point we had decided on food and drinks and placed our entire order. The food came out quickly, but before we received our drinks. We notified the server that we were still waiting for drinks. She did not go and check on them but continued to deliver checks to the tables around us; we waited another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. The server had an appalling attitude. She was neither friendly nor apologetic. The food tasted great, albeit small-ish menu. Needless to say, we did not stay for dessert. We went over to Trivoli afterward and had a wonderful experience with excellent service despite no reservations."
