"We’ve been to the riviera house a few times since it first opened, and I must say the overall experience has been decreasing each and every time. This is the second time we come here to celebrate a special occasion(birthday), and this time was very disappointing. The service was very slow and the food did not meet expectations. Appetizers and drinks were good. We got the Thai calamari and poke nachos (both were good However, all of our entrees were tasteless. I got the ahi sandwich, and ended up eating just the French fries. We ordered a medium/rare steak and it was fully cooked. The arrosto de pollo was dry and the dish did not have much flavor. Not to mention, I did include to our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and our server did not even acknowledge that. Not sure what happened this time around, but we were left very disappointed"
