"Literally found a piece of plastic in my meatballs. Showed management and they just said “ we don’t put that in there” basically making it seem like I put there myself. If you thinking I was looking for free food or a refund.. your answer is no, just wanted to make you guys aware. Never received not even an apology. Now watch them respond on here because it’s a public review… Definitely would never go to this place again."

"If ya know, ya know!! (If You don 't... Get there! The pizza is (IMHO always spot on. Quality is great! The crust is perfectly soft and crunchy, the sauce is nice (sweet robust and the Rascal House Deluxe has the perfect mixture/quantity of toppings that is a winner!! Rascal House pizza is a staple for me when in the CLE! Started ages ago when going to Rock/Metal shows Peabody 's which was around corner of Rascal House on Euclid"

"I ordered a belly buster with two toppings to get home and only have one topping not being able to refund half of my money after I have driving all the way home this place wanted me to come back and get a whole another Pizza mind you it is the middle of theweek just picking children up from school getting off of work and decided to get something delicious that we all like to eat andto get all the way home and not have one of my ingredients on my pizza that was made very sloppy"
