"I was with my family for a basketball tournament in Fort Lauderdale. Looked up local places to go after the games picked Panaretto and made a reservation on OpenTable. Arrived at Panaretto at which was minutes early for our reservation. We walked in and they had no idea about our reservation and did not have a table for so they sat us in a small booth next to bathrooms in back of place and brought up a chair. We were told someone would be right with us we then waited minutes to place our order including drinks. They only brought half the drinks at first and it took minutes and having to ask multiple times to get my children water. Ordered appetizers, pasta dish, and pizzas. The food arrived one hour after we arrived but the appetizers never came and the pasta dish never came just showed up with pizzas. We inquired about the appetizers and pasta dish and were told we only have one chef tonight. We then asked to pay for what we ate and wanted to leave and were told let me check with the General Manager. Another minutes went by and no one came to see us and our other food items did not show so I had to go find the server and hand my credit card to pay. We then left and no one there seemed overly concerned or that they even cared"
