"I've been taking out of this restaurant for almost 7 years, where I lived in Whiting, especially the only place I've ever ordered. HOWEVER, a few weeks ago for my birthday, I called to order a free pizza and a sandwich. I had 10 coupons from the pizza boxes from the previous year and wanted to claim what the coupons said collect 10 vouchers and get 1 big pure pizza for free. I had made it a birthday and it was a fun treat! The owner refused to order me the pizza for the 10 coupons by stating that they changed the directive to 20 coupons in July. Without raised voices, I stood on my ground, with the WRITTEN engagement on the coupons, and the owner refused my order. I decided there and then, my (relatively small, I understand the business to a place that did not put customer upgrade and loyalty first. A while before this situation I had an exit and 1/2 of my order was wrong... I didn't notice it until I got it back into my kitchen. I called to let them know, and about 30 minutes later my COLD 1/2 was delivered and the wrong 1/2 was taken to the other customer. Well, I think I probably shouldn't have eaten something that was in another house for a while. (I feel that other places I ate when an order was wrong have said to keep the order when that was okay, and they cancel the payment to keep me as loyal customer. This owner could easily have given up a pizza to a loyal customer, I think, but it was obviously not important for them to keep me as a customer. I will not return to their restaurant and encourage others to deal with others who appreciate their business."
