"Poor service Credit card machine was down. They wanted cash. I was upset they didn't tell us the machine was down at the time of the order and never attempted to contact us after they knew it was down. They stated up front I wasn't taking the pizza because of there problem which was not true. I told the woman, she was wrong. I was upset because I was being inconvenienced that I had to go to the bank and even more upset that would make the pizza cold. Took me 20 minutes to get the cash. When I returned, the owner threw the pizza over the counter at me. I had enough of the ****, I told them forget it. I wasn't taking the pizza. Owner swore at me and chased me out of the restaurant. I called the police. I let the police handle it! Yea! the owner wasn't happy. But you know what customers have rights and should not be treated the way I was!"
