"It will never be my childhood memory but it's still nice to see that they keep trying to update it with the times of now. Pricing is good. 25 for 60 minutes. We always have a great time . Pizza still delicious just would love for Chucky to be more outgoing, out more often or time. Be more active with the kids and being able to take pictures with kids. We kind of had to push the kids for the pictures because if not he would of gone back inside. But over all still cute. Parties don't seem the same anymore tho ."

"Pretty clean and not crowded (less on Monday). A young lady at the front counter said she would be right back to help us, and after waiting for more than 15 minutes, we just found out what to do (to get a play pass) on our own. Some of the games did not work, and one that should print a picture failed for us. There was no one to complain (the girl at the reception was not available). Some games took our points, but also not to play."

"Came for our granddaughter's birthday party. Saturday's crowd includes hundreds of children with their parents, in many cases, grandparents. It's loud, chaotic, happy.<br/ <br/ I had their Cali Alfredo thin-crust pizza with fresh mushrooms, crumbled sausage, spinach, chicken breast slices, modest portion of Alfredo sauce. I thought it was excellent.<br/ <br/ The choices in draft beers needs some serious attention however. One's options are Bud or Bud light. For an Anglo-Saxon type of dark, stout, robust beer drinker these offerings are akin to ice water. Please include a Bass, Newcastle, Innis Gunn, Beck's, Sam Adams (you get the idea) even if they're bottled. Of course, draft would be much preferred."

"I give it 5 stars for our experience today. It was empty, staff was friendly and patient. We got a great deal because it's a Wednesday so my son got a 1hr unlimited play card for $14. Most games were working well and those that were down were assessed promptly by the staff. Food is always decent here as well and restrooms clean."

"Here at the Altamonte Springs location. I've been coming here having parties for my kids for 28 yrs. No more after today!!! There are 4 people in the entire business. We showed up with 6 families for a birthday party for my 3 year old. We were told we could not sit at the large 20 top tables because somehow splitting us up on 7 smaller booths creates less of a mess for them to clean up. How does splitting the party up create less of a mess??????? We asked to speak to the manager (lady) , she stood firm on her associates decision. She could not explain to me how it made sense either, but she was adamant. I wonder why the place is empty so often now.... Wrangling multiple groups of 2-6 yrs old children in 7 separate areas vs one or two of the unoccupied larger tables (THAT ARE HERE FOR GUEST PARTIES). I assure you, does not make less of a mess. I wish I could add pictures to this review so you could visually see how absurd this is. Also , this is my first google review. Usually i let stuff go, but a business that loses sight of why they are in business needs to be called out. I assure you, I will spread this message throughout my Church, Work, and personal groups (all of which have done MANY kids parties here."

"We celebrated our son's first birthday at this point. Due to some confusion, our party table was not ready until about 45 minutes in our party start time, but it has not disappointed us at all because we could see that they really hard with juggling though several parties, while our kids enjoy the game zone. It made us happy, these hardworking young people and the manager, Miss. Diamond, personally supervised. PIZZAs were brilliant, we ordered more than the guests liked, they always brought fresh out of the oven. DIESES WAS ONE OF BEST PART AND the reason why I would recommend this place for party events so that children and adults have good time. This is a convenient location in Bridgewater with many parking lots, clean facility and less crowded in view it was Saturday night. PS: Some of the games/traces like giraffe could use some maintenance as it held to take off player points, but it never begins. The attention of Diamond filled and we hope it will be better next time. Again, Kudos to Manager Diamond and her team including Miguel and Chuck-E himself."
