"This was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at in NYC! Food was AMAZING and the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate the dietary restrictions at our table. Loved the GF pizza and noodles!! Delicious!!! Wait staff was wonderful nice and knowledgeable. Would eat here again and again!!!"

"ravioli was boiled so badly that it was incredibly chewing almost hard. it had to be microshaft to cook more to make it softer / edible. marinara sauce tasted."

"Tried this place again. Oh boy what a disappointment. I should have turned and run when my waitress didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked. When it finally got to me I literally had to do a double take. WHERES THE BEEF????? I know times are tough but I have gotten bigger burgers from McDonald’s."

"I have been living in the area for the last few years, and I have had many different experiences with this place. But last night Sam came to Papa John's very nice. He was very personal when he received payments and calls and even honored my requests for my order. This place definitely needs more people like Sam. BTW my girlfriend loves the wings and new Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. It's like a Michelin Star Hot Pocket"

"I rarely write reviews, but that had to be said. I'll order a while from here and they were always good. Today my order was made with wrong ingredients. (I understand the meal and they are busy). The lady took no time and said it was an honest mistake and she will send the right one immediately. Because of such a customer service that always wants to decide for this place. The lady who takes the orders on the phone is always sweet and honest. Today the weather was bad and they only had a van. She told me in front of me it could take a little longer, but as usual they were before the time! His service like this one that lets me order from here again and again!"
