"We had a reservation for 8pm on Christmas Eve. We arrived at 7:43. The hostess role us it would be a 45 minute wait. Isn’t the point of having a reservation so that you don’t have to wait 45 minutes? Ended up going to another restaurant down the street and had a much better experience even without a reservation."

"that was the worst culinary experience I ever had in my life. went for the valentinstag special with my friend with a reservation for 7:15 o'clock. we sat at 20:40. the whole restaurant was lazy with smoke of something that seemed burned in the kitchen. Once we have set ourselves, we have not seen our server for 15 minutes. she didn't even fill our water. our food was delicious and very mediocre tasting. After we finally ate, it took 30 minutes to even find our waitress (the mia was.) we left the restaurant at 10:45 o'clock. I will never return to this facility or another macaroni grill."
