"The franchise has lost quality and some of the workers insult, above all, the times I have been there. But besides their profiling settings, their sandwiches are substandard e.g. chicken parm, it is really a piece of chicken or similar to chicken widgets. The pane means sauce, mozzarella and dough. I rank them C, C, B-. Some years and even decades they were competitive, but since then they have only rested on their franchise names and lost their quality. They need to train their workers so they stop talking the back of people in Spanish, because many Español even know Asians and Black's. I can't talk to other locations in Manhattan, but I won't come until they change their attitude and quality. Good luck."
