"Very bad experience with this hotel, front desk, and rooms. Over a month ago, I reserved 2 queen beds and upon check in was only provided with 1 king upon check in. On top of that, front desk was not even going to provide the price difference without me acknowledging that there is a price difference when booking single and 2 beds. They said they would give a cot, which couldn't even fit in the room to make up for it. They also were not able to provide the requested accessible room with 2 beds either. The front desk didn't even know they had such a room until I told her the exact room that we stayed in before. Lastly, I get to the room and they lied and it is not accessible. Once they move me to another room, there is a big ozone air machine in here and maintenance guy doing work in the bathroom. As a Marriot Bonvoy member, this has been the worst experience ever."
