"We placed an order for takeout and were quoted a wait time of 35 minutes. We arrived at the restaurant right on time and were asked for our names. They informed us that our order was in the oven and would be ready in 5 or 6 minutes. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, we noticed that other customers were coming in and getting their food while we were still waiting. It turns out our order had been finished and sitting in the oven the entire time. When I inquired about our order, I was told it would only be three more minutes. My husband was so annoyed that he considered asking for a refund on the tip."
