"My mom and I stopped here to eat Friday night. They were decently crowded, but nobody waited in the lobby. We sat in the bar area, as the employee at the front said, it would be a few minutes if we wanted to sit in the dining area. The waitress who served us was also the bartender. There were some people at the bar as there were sports games so that she seemed pretty busy. Your service was still great and she checked us as much as possible. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary spectacular. Overall, it was a good experience, but it seemed like the restaurant was understated."

"this place was quiet for a Saturday dinner. the waiting staff was clean when we got in. the staff was quick to sit and get us drinks. Maybe a little too fast. my daughter demanded an icy with celestial and mango taste. Unfortunately, the waiting staff left as she said mango and the drink came back only to heaven. the drinks were quickly refilled. the appetizer was well served and hot. we enjoyed it. lunch for chicken parmigian. the pasta was cold, but had hot chicken and cheese. our other order was ravioli lasagna. the ravioli lasagna itself was great. the challenge was the coating. the lasagne was laid in a pan and the pan in a white bowl. the problem wad the pan not suitable in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece would slide the hot pan that made her nervous and fear it would slide into her bosom. everything in all it was good and we would go back. we can order pizza and salat."

"We had reservations that i made a week in advance, four people, 6:30 pm on the Monday of Labor Day weekend. The parking lot was mostly empty. We have eaten at this restaurant before and had a great experience. When we arrived the hostess greeted us as if she was annoyed that we were there. The inside was clean, nice, quiet, and sparsely populated. She proceeded to seat us in a booth right at the exit for the kitchen, in the bowels of the restaurant. It was empty and we had a reservation. Odd. I asked for a seat in any if the other available areas. She claimed those sections were “closed.” We were then seated in a booth kore in the middle. The food was fine. The service was ok. The hostess was incapable."

"The hostess who seated us was very friendly, and our waitress Kat, was extremely friendly and helpful! When our lunch was served, I noticed that was a ceiling fan on right over our table, so our food turned cool pretty quickly. My husband asked Kat if the fan could be turned down, she said YES. What we didn't expect, the fan was turned off, and our food was reheated. Our food was excellent, and I'm addicted to a alcohol-free fruit drink, which I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember what it's called, but it's more than perfect! We have added Uno to our favorite list!"

"This was my first time going to UNO Pizzeria and Grill and having Chicago deep dish pizza we had the meat lovers. I must admit I now know that I don't want my sauce on top of my meat. But the crust on this pizza is a different story even the paper placemats said... IN CRUST WE TRUST!!! It was buttery and flaky reminded me of homemade biscuits. I could just eat the crust... The Sweet Chili Wings... Are Awesome they had a nice crispy skin and was smothered in sauce with blue cheese or ranch dressing... The drink was a margarita I can't remember the name of it but it was really good it had pineapple juice in it and your choice of sugar or salt around the rim and it also came with sweetest fish in the drink and it came in a shaker that held enough for two drinks. All in all the pizza was not for me but still give it a try."

"the experience in pizzeria was uno, as I thought would be to eat authentic chicago deepthroat meal pizza. the ambiente was Swiss and energetic, and the mood was old-school Italian American. from an Italian background, eating came to me well. the meatballs were delicious and the Marinara sauce was also quite good. the deep pizza itself reminded me of a panzarotti or a calzone. the toppings were fresh and I was happy that there was a little more authentic taste than some of the reviews that we have heard about other chain restaurants that have specialized in deep food pizza. overall the crust of a deep dish is generally not my preference, since it is more of a crispy buttery, but for what it was, it was a total of 7/10!"

"First of all we had 11 of us... 8 being children and they wanted to split us all up due to social distancing requirements. Ok fine but one would think they would keep the tables next to each other but no. They advised they would be possibly splitting us to the other side of the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. Then when it came time for food it was either undercooked or super dry and inedible. Our waiter was extremely overwhelmed and didn’t tend to the table the way he should of (that’s more of managements fault for not getting the waiter help). Drinks went without refills, food was atrocious, and the time it took for food to come out was lengthy. It didn’t even seem to be very busy so I’m not sure why the food took so long. Then everyone’s food came out at different times. It was overall a very hot mess. Oh let me not forgot to advise how half our party got VERY sick immediately after. Smh Stay clear of this place!"

"When we were seated there was a strong musty odor in the air. It felt very humid inside. I ordered the Cobb salad and all of the toppings looked and tasted as if the salad had been sitting out for a while. The chicken on the salad was like cheap lunch meat."
