"Me and my boyfriend walk in here to get dinner and have a nice date. As soon as we walked in, this older gentleman with a cigar in his mouth lets me pass, then shoulder checks my boyfriend. My boyfriend shrugged it off and kept walking until the gentleman yelled after him saying something along the lines of excuse you, boy and my boyfriend responded back with yeah excuse you too . This man charges my boyfriend and gets his face, my boyfriend stands his ground, keeping his hands to himself when this man shoves my boyfriend across the restaurant. My boyfriend gets in his face, obviously ready to defend himself when this man throws my boyfriend across tables and punches him the in face. Mind you, my boyfriend never hit him once. A random bystander was asked what happened even though I was telling the truth, but since the bystander lied, we got banned from the restaurant forever. My boyfriend has a speech problem and a bad foot from a previous surgery, this apparently was grounds to say that my boyfriend was drunk. He was not. Now my ptsd is triggered from past abusive relationships and we are both offended and furious. Even if we weren 't banned, we would never support a business that runs the place like an old western dive bar. I will tell my family and friends to avoid this place as well. If they would check the cameras, everything would get cleared up. But we were not heard nor treated with respect so I hope your business closes and NOTHING on this planet can bring me back to stomach their food"

"I must confess it took me awhile to try it because of the low average and people talking about how awful the pizza was... but anytime I see ratings generally split between 1 's and 5 's, I figure there might be an attack of the Karens or the I only eat one kind of pizza snob and I should give the place a try. So last night hubs and I came in for dinner, and we quite enjoyed ourselves and the pizza. The pizza is neither thin crust nor thick crust, it 's somewhere in the middle, but it was a good fresh crust. Typical MD rectangular cut. The critique someone else gave that it absorbs the sauce may have some truth to it; we asked for extra sauce, and I 'm not sure if they forgot that or if the crust did in fact absorb it all, but it wasn 't super saucy. Besides that, it was actually quite a good pizza. The sauce I could taste seemed like a fresh tomato sauce rather than a tomato paste based; neither super sweet nor super tangy or spicy. The italian sausage was the star topping; they use a great quality italian sausage, not breakfast sausage and not pathetic little crumbles but hearty chunks of fennel-ly goodness. The pepperoni, onions, black olives were all as expected and there was just enough grease on the pizza to give it a good flavor despite being a bit weak on the sauce. We also ordered onion rings; these were decent, but not earth shattering. We 'd been particularly craving them but it 's probably not something we 'd order every time. Usually we get a Caesar with our pizza but we 'd walked about 5.5 miles that day and were feeling naughty. We 'll try the Caesar next time. They have 25% off pizza special on Mondays, so I may be here for lunch since it 's a bit closer to home than my usual Monday Tuesday discounted pizza joint. We will probably also be back for dinner date night because they have a lot of cocktails that got my husband excited. The cocktail menu is very heavy on whiskey which I don 't care for so I can be designated driver. The staff was very friendly, and they are clearly all buds because one of the ladies sitting in front of the bar laughing with a party apparently actually works there but was drinking on her night off. The place had a very much neighborhood bar kind of feel where there was a crowd all joking around together. They played mostly music I like, although we were sad that someone apparently doesn 't like Rush because they switched it about 30 seconds into Tom Sawyer. There isn 't a sign telling you to seat yourself, but that 's what you 're supposed to do. It 's very casual. I look forward to trying some of the other Italian dishes as we haven 't found a go-to pasta place yet nearby."

"You definitely need to know what you're getting into before you go here. The good: The location is nearby lots of places you probably already want to visit or live nearby. The food is absolutely delicious! If you dine in, they have a lot of patio space. (Though if you dine in during the summer, there are only about six small tables inside. The bad: The portions are very small versus the price. (Luckily, the taste makes up for it. The parking may be an issue during non summer, as it's a small, shared lot. The worst thing is probably the service, which will get its own paragraph with my recent experience. I made an online order in the morning. I arrived early to pick it up around 6:10pm. When I was looking around for where to go to pick it up, the servers just kind of looked at me until I asked where I pick up an order no automatic greeting when I walked in or asking how many in my party/if I was there for pick up. Two different servers took my name, went into the back, and told me my order wouldn't be ready until my pickup time ~15 20 minutes. (Fine, because I was early, but weird since there were only 3 tables seated inside, which already had their food. I sat down and waited. All the staff gathered at the bar next to where I was seated and proceeded to check Insta/text on their phones and gossip about fellow employees. One staff member even sat down at the table next to me, without even acknowledging me, while he was playing on his phone. I've worked in the service industry/owned service businesses, and phones should NEVER be out where customers can see unless it's necessary to do something on it for the customer go in the back, outside, or somewhere away from view. My pickup time arrived, with no food. Other people had come in, gotten their pickups, and left, so maybe mine got delayed for some reason. The servers, including the ones who took my name, saw me sitting there, but nobody was updating me on what was happening. At a bare minimum, you let the client know if an issue pops up and apologize. Ten minutes AFTER my promised time, I had to ask one of the servers what's going on with my order, and they said it was in the oven. Why was it in the oven AFTER I was supposed to be picking it up, and AFTER they knew I had already been there for ~30 min!?! Ten minutes after THAT, they brought my food out, told me to have a nice night, and walked away still no explanation on the delay, no apology, no offer from a manager for a discount on a future meal or a comped app. That is NOT how you run a business. Especially when you've got more staff sitting around than patrons."

"The only rating for JTs you need: The first and definitely last time here. I had almost everything on the menu at one point or another and it's all very good. Menu is larger than any of the other Belleville/VBT options. BBQ chicken pizza, roasted chicken, and the Quesadillas are elite. The ranch is legendary. I call it GOAT Ranch. You have a Shanghai sauce that gets crazy when it's combined with ranch for a little other chicken plier experience when that's your thing. Regarding the atmosphere we love Thursdays for Trivia, but every day/time of the week you can almost guarantee to sit immediately. We also tried to take off the Juggernuat team that wins every week. We're here two times. This means that we LOST and that sometimes happens in life. We never have the need to ask the owners to start an investigation into a bar that cheats a scandal like an earlier reviewer. The waiting staff always works hard to create a positive experience for you. You will usually see the same faces week after week. I would be ready to wager that is because the property understands how important it is to appreciate the kitchen staff/servers and it seems thru during the busy hours when they all work together with such cohesion. Half the reason I'm here is because I never feel that my waitress or bartender doesn't want to be there. I dine out/carry out more than most people I know, and JTs is pound-for-pound the best local bar/grill. Stop wasting your time, reading this review and eating or eating!"

"After seeing the Steelers practice we went to where we were told a lotta Steelers fans go to hang out. We walk upstairs and honestly shoulda did an about face once we saw the interior was kinda old and dingy looking. But we didn’t. Table was so sticky upon being if seated. Mosquitos flying around. Waited easily 5 minutes before finally provided with menus. An 5 minutes later we finally were able to order our drinks. I chit you not. 10 minutes almost for a beer and mixed drink to come out, definitely shoulda asked for the bill and left but we didn’t. Approximately 10 minutes later we were asked for our order. Now this being a sports bar we settled on wings since we travel all over and like to try the different flavors of other parts of the country. Also ordered fries and Cole slaw. We were asked if we wanted celery and said sure, doesn’t it come with it? No is .75 extra. How about ranch or blue cheese and once again I asked doesn’t it come with it? No $1 each for each tiny container. Since we both were ordering a 10 piece of wings and we always break up the order into 2 flavors we wanted to do it here. Oh if you want 2 flavors for your order we gotta charge you for 2 5 pieces instead of 1 10 piece, which is $1.50 more if ordering 5 pieces. Do we passed on the up charges and went with 4 different flavored 5 piece wings. We were hungry, we were tired, we were already here so we decided to remain and wait. Soon as our waitress brought our wings to the table and I saw what I saw I said if the look like chit I betcha they taste like chit. And I was 100% spot on right. These wings were the absolute worst I’ve ever eating, with the exception of a BWW near Orlando who served up basically raw, but these wings we had here were the worst wings I’ve ever eating texture, taste and just the look of these wings was bad. Oh and our fries and Cole slaw? Never received it. Hadda ask for it once we were halfway done with our wings. And once we tried them the fries were tasteless and soggy, no crisp, and an odor permeated from them which is most likely old oil. The Cole slaw was horrible. Hadda be the Cole slaw you can buy a tub of it from your local supermarket. Too wet and too tangy tasting. Oh and my water, beer and mixed drink were never refilled even though I placed them on the edge of our table as a hint like I do in every other place I dine at but here I guess they don’t pay attention as none of my drinks were refilled nor was I asked if I needed a refill. Was never asked how everything was either because I have no filters and I woulda told them right then and there. SAVE your TIME and your MONEY This place is bad, real bad. 1st time and definitely the last time we will ever set foot into this place. I’d rather drive 5 hours back home to NJ and suffering hunger pains if my only choice was to stop here. Never again. And look over my profiles. I give out very, very few 1 star reviews. This place was that bad."
