"First of all, the house dressing? UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And I’ve never eaten anything from this place that wasn’t delicious (and I’ve been going for 10+ years). But I’m writing this review because of how well they handled my partner’s allergy. We often have problems when placing orders because we emphasize that he has an allergy to milk (not lactose intolerance, an actual allergy), and when we get they meal, 70% of the time they still gave us the milk/cheese. I wish I got her name, but the woman on the phone was so knowledgeable about the ingredients used and took so much care with double making sure with the cook in the back for what he used when we arrived to pick up the order. "Their website suggested reservations and so we made them ... they were completely unnecessary. The restaurant wasn't really crowded, but they put us at a table near and extremely large party which meant we waited 10 15 minutes to have a server come over and take our drink order. I'm not sure if this is a post-pandemic thing or not but menus aren't provided, a broken tablet was shared, but for quicker service, it was suggested that we use our cell phones and scan the qr-code to see the menu and place our order. Admittedly, I am a little Tech challenged so needed help accessing their menu which was annoying. All ended well with an attentive server who got us a working tablet, a delish Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a shared hot fudge sundae. We will definately return for a taste of Chicago in Ann Arbor!"

"In Short: Lots of Frozen, Fried, and Reheated food. If you like Chains like Chilis, Pizza Hut, etc. This place will be fine for you. Full Description: Inside: Currently eating in the restaurant. The inside is kinda scary. Lights are dim, floor has obviously not been refurbished since whatever restaurant was here before, you can tell by the welded spots on the floor. The roof has black mold and other water damage. I can't get over how distressing the interior is. Service: I've read previous reviews on the manager, and I just met him. He's an alright guy but English is definitely not his first language, and if he's rude over the phone or no you gotta give the guy a little slack. The Waitress is a real sweetheart. My previous time I ordered, was a Special Pizza with a 2 liter of Pepsi and a slice of cheesecake. I did not receive the Pepsi, but I did like the Pizza, the crust was crisp and a little chewy, which is how I like it. I've had pizza from New England to Texas and theirs isn't the greatest but its certainly not the worst. The cheesecake I believe is made off sight or ordered in and is not made in the restaurant. If I'm wrong management can get ahold of me and I'll change my review on this part. My order today is a Vegetarian Pizza with Ground beef as an additional topping with a side of Jalepeno Poppers. (I like the extra vegetables and its cheaper to order the Veg pizza and add one meat than the special pizza and add 2 or 3 more veggies. The Jalepeno Poppers are also frozen and not made on sight. You can normally tell by the taste of the Jalepenos. Frozen and Pickled Jalepenos are nowhere near as firm and pack the heat of a fresh one, along with the fact that you can't make a clean bite with frozen ones. All in all its a pizza place, I'm not expecting the Texas de Brazil or Gordan Ramaey style food, and if you like Chili's, Applebee's, and other chain style food, this place will taste just fine to you as well. Suggestion to the restaurant. Replace the ceiling tiles with fresh new ones. New Lighting or bulbs at the least, figure out where the moldy smell is coming from (probably the ceiling Get the wires from the TV and have them put professionally inside the wall. I don't know what you can do about the floor welds but I would eventually refurbish the floors. Lastly I would update your decor, the pictures look like they were stolen from a hotel room, the seats go from Pine Green to Seafoam Blue. I won't lie this place would be pretty baller with a few arcade games like Galaga or something. Give your waitress a raise she's awesome. Obviously cause of COVID this is stuff you probably won't be able to do for a hot minute but is definitely something to think on."

"I ordered a pizza with chicken, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. When I got my order there was no chicken on the pizza. I also ordered the catfish which they clearly state comes with fries and a soda. I didn't get the fries nor the soda. When I called the store the guy I spoke to said I didn't order chicken on my pizza, which is a lie because it is clear as day on my receipt. He also said the catfish comes by itself, on the app (I used Uber eats) the menu state that the catfish comes with fries and soda. He offered me free food for the next time I order instead of fixing the problem immediately. No thank you, I just wanted what I paid for. Plus the food was not that good. No seasoning, no taste! I will never order from here again! Be warned! You will not get what you pay for, what's on the menu is not what you get."

"Who the hell says absolutely the best pizza in town .. that guy has no idea what he 's talking about. Frank 's is real pizza and the best in town. Pizza Boli 's is a chain similar to and in the same category as Domino 's and Papa John 's. They 're also over priced for what you get. "The Granola Yogurt Bar is inconsistent. I wish they were more reliable. They keep plastic silverware behind the counter, so you have to wait for a knife to slice a banana. The granola is put in the fridge at the end of the day for the next morning, and it is usually soggy and unappetizing. Another frustration is that even when you are next in line to pay, they make you wait for those who ordered before you. I only go there because my boss likes his morning parfait. If it were up to me, I would avoid it at all costs."

"I can't understand why someone had a negative experience at Rockport House of Pizza and chose to complain instead of simply asking for a replacement, which I know they would have gladly provided. My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences there. He absolutely loves their calzones, and I like to try different items on the menu. Today, I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, and it was outstanding—hands down the best grilled cheese I've ever had, and I've been enjoying them for 58 years! It was so filling that I saved half for tomorrow, especially since I had some of their delicious fried pickles on the side. The staff is fantastic—always friendly on the phone—and Andrew, the delivery guy, is incredibly fast. We know Andrew, so we might be a bit biased, but he's great! The prices are very reasonable too. If you come across that one-star review from the disgruntled customer, just ignore it so you don't miss out on this amazing place!"

"for the first time here. a friend had recommended it in front of a bed, and I thought I would pick up something for a quick bite. I loved there was a choice of small medium or large subs. "I'm starving while I write these lines for not eating at this location. I requested one of the employees to change their gloves after handling bacon, because I mentioned that I'm kind of vegetarian. He did, but they switched places, and the other employee who was handling the cold meats, went straight to handle the veggies without changing their gloves. It seems they don't mind about cross contamination, nor have any consideration for a customer that explicitly requests not using meaty gloves with the veggies. Subway is the only vegetarian friendly restaurant on the road, but not at this location."
