"After watching a bunch of Texas barbecue videos on YouTube, I decided to finally try Texas BBQ. Really came for the brisket. We ordered cheese queso with brisket in it, and the brisket was very delicious super juicy, then we ordered our meats, brisket, pulled pork, jalapeño sausages, and chicken (we wanted ribs but they were sold out)The brisket that was in the cheese queso would be a 10/10 then the brisket that we ordered was not juicy at all and very dry, and not flavorful out of the 2 slices we got one was a little more juicy but overall I would give it 5/10The pulled pork was also dry. But the chicken and sausages were pretty tasty. I don’t know if we just came in and got a bad batch of meat but it didn’t feel worth it for what it costs. I’m willing to try Texas bbq somewhere else before I give my hopes up."
