"We were in Ojai because my son made a test in a nearby school. We went around the city and went through the Tortilla house, they were closed, so we went to a place close to business. When we came out, not only the Tortilla house was open, but there was a lonely in the block. I asked some people what it was about. I was very mature that this was the best Burrito, not only in the city, but possibly the best Burrito on the west coast. Now I love a good Burrito and I feel that I had many almost perfect Burritos, so I just had to eat here and put it on the test. I waited for my son to be made with his test, as he himself a connoisseur of bean and cheese burrito. I picked him up and we went to Tortilla House right away. We waited in the line, saw the very simple menu, which is very refreshing, for me that this is what she specializes and who have perfected it and have no need for fillers on the menu. Burritos, Taco, Quesadillas, that's it, you choose your meat and toppings, but you get only one of these three items. While we waited patiently and with growing anticipation in the line, I noticed that there was a woman in the backhand who ordered the tortillas like them. I was excited, an understatement. I ordered the pastor with beans, rice and cheese. The ingredients were obviously boiled this day, probably as I used to pass while they were closed, everything was fresh and cooked for perfection. The beans and rice tasted like to make my grandma, they were homemade ingredients in a small shop and they were wonderful. The Tortilla was a work of art, rolled out and cooked with knowledge that only comes from the true love of your craft. I can't express how incredibly impressed I was how happy this Burrito made my palate, how exquisite the flavors mixed together. I can't say it was the best Burrito I ever had, but it was certainly close."
