"Was down in this area for a hockey game at the ice rink up the street so this was on our way home and we decided to just stop here for a quick bite to eat. I will see the place has plenty of parking as well lit up and it was clean inside. They have a very big menu for being a diner what?s a very good selection of food anywhere from appetizers all the way to seafood platters. I can only speak to the food that we ate the day we were there. I just ordered a cheeseburger and french fries I honestly forget the name of the cheeseburger that I ordered however it has something to him that was an old underneath the cheese on the top in the bottom of the burger. This was my own fault for not reading the menu good enough noticing that that was on there, easy enough though I just pulled it off and did not eat it. The burger was just very bland it tasted like one of the freezer store-bought kind, there really wasn?t any taste to it at all it was just eating to eat at that point. It was very disappointing because I really wanted a delicious cheeseburger that day. My daughter just ordered Sweet potato fries with ranch which she enjoyed. The prices were good and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I?m really not that big of a fan of diner style food and like I said this was just on my way home so I stopped in however I?m not so sure I will be back again. If you like diners and are in the area go ahead and give it a try."

"Our waitress, Tina, was superb!! I can’t say enough about her. She was pleasant, attentive and good eye to eye contact when she spoke to us. Very positive. Our table ordered appetizers. Our entrees were the filet mignon and a “special” which was the Chilean Sea Bass. The filets were cooked to a perfect temperature (medium rare and medium). You could SEE the slight differences. (I used to cook at the grill in a steak house). My Sea Bass was awesome. Cooked perfectly with a light, flavorful champagne sauce. A terrific dining experience!"

"I liked the Valentina and Vulcano pizzas both, great flavor, wish maybe a few more jalapeños on the Vulcano bc it really didn't have much spice to it. The crust was very chewy which seems to be a reoccurring theme. The mixed baby green salad is normally great but this time overdressed with olive oil so we had to force ourselves to get it down."

"Forbearance! Platz is hands down the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza was undercooked and just plain awful. I ordered delivery tonight, and the pizza looked like it had been tossed around in the box, with the cheese sticking to the top. I even pointed this out to the delivery person, but there's a reason I chose delivery in the first place. I've never seen anyone complain openly about undercooked pizza there in all these years. To make matters worse, the wings were overly salty. I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. I just had to share my experience."

"The name says pizza but I'm coming back for the tacos. I've heard about their tacos but didn't have the chance to try one until today and I'll be coming back. I ordered the Al Pastor with all the fixin's (cilantro, onion, Pico de Gallo) on corn tortillas to go but then decided to dine in since it was my first time and wanted to get a genuine first impression. The tacos have good weight, are meaty and come with lime and side dressing of Verde sauce. In terms of flavor profile, I would've like a little more pineapple and spice to be more pronounced but that's just my personal preference. At $6.99 for 3, it's a great value and fills the void for a decent taco spot in the area."

"20. January 2022 I ordered 15 chicken wings a stromboli with chicken and a Sicilian pizza. This was my first time in ordering this facility and it will be my last. The chicken wings had more fat and skin when it had meat, and for the Stromboli my girlfriend said it was too salty and it looked sloppy what I saw as they suspected how they look and how for the Sicilian pizza it was too thin, not to look like a Sicilian pizza because I had really Sicilian pizza before, but now too fair the pizza tasted good otherwise. I called back the pizza place and spoke to the young man at the counter who took my order and expressed my dissatisfaction with my order, as I spent $52 for everything I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, he told me that no one was there, and he would have called me back a female oversight in ten minutes that never happened. I was also not impressed by the interior either nothing in the display case or price menu characters on the walls and no seat tables it had a boring look. I've never seen all customers coming from this facility or going and never heard the phone ring once while I was there before I went with my order. That was a sign that this place was not a good place to eat and it is close to a college campus. "Decent food. They seem to be really laid back and I've seen them not follow normal procedures like wearing gloves when making food and being unprofessional but their food is a 6 out of 10. If you want food quick and for a decent price it's ok to go here just dont expect anything special."
