"We were actually scheduled to have dinner at another restaurant. On reaching there, I was told that the wait was one hour. So I searched up for another restaurant. The choice offered was Bollywood Bistro. Being an avid contributor myself, I respect the views and ratings posted by me fellow reviewers. Our dinner experience was just fabulous! Starting from the the maitre d', the table staff, to the owner (who stopped by to say hello and check on our experience), it was just awesome! We ordered samosa (nice, large flaky potato stuffed aromatic delight), lassi, daal Makhni, roti, and bhindi subzi every item was very well made. The dishes were extremely aromatic and not floating in oil. The roti was freshly made. We were just too full to indulge in any dessert items Having eaten in so many restaurants world wide, this night clearly stands out as an experience we will remember. Dishes are all priced very well. Little did we know that they have been in business for a long time. I look forward to going back with my larger family in the near future."
