"We have never experienced this until we went to dog haus today, casual racism… it’s September 13 at 7pm and my husband and I ordered online then went to the store to pick-up. We told the cashier our full name but she didn’t believe us. She asked what’s on our order and we said 2 hotdogs and sweet potato fries. She said, “hmm well these aren’t exactly hotdogs and rolled her eyes.” We were confused and explained that we ordered online and could show receipt but she didn’t want to see it. She began to try to pursuance us that the order she had was from grub hub or maybe DoorDash’s. We ended up pulling receipt on phone and she finally gave us our order and we left. Our name was written on the bag. It was obvious we were being judged.. horrible experience as we never encountered this issue here before until now. Couldn’t imagine coming back to be discriminated again."
