"I used to be a loyal customer at this restaurant, visiting at least once a week. About 3-4 weeks ago, I placed an order for 3 combos over the phone for a business meeting. When I picked up the bag and left, I realized that it only contained 2 items and they were not what I had ordered. Due to lack of time, I didn't go back to complain and simply left it until my next visit. On two subsequent visits, I forgot to mention the issue. Today, when I finally remembered, they refused to give me a refund because I hadn't called immediately. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be sharing my experience with others. Lesson learned."
