"The food was not prepared correctly at this restaurant. Despite my request to exclude egg, the Pad Thai still contained it. The fried rice was soggy and the shrimp was undercooked. The mango sticky rice had an unusual flavor and the sauce was too thin. On top of that, my order was incomplete when it was delivered, with only the Thai fried rice arriving. I had to contact customer support to have the rest of my $80 order delivered, causing a significant inconvenience. I was disappointed that Door Dash only offered a $5 credit to make up for the mistake, which I found to be unreasonable."
