"Walked in on a Friday night around 6pm. Luckily no wait at that time. The girl who sat us was also our server. She wasn 't very friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Just very monotone and taking orders. No how are you doing or recommendations. Very to the point. Then we were barley finished with our food and she brought the check. Didn 't even ask if we wanted to order more. We felt rushed out. Tonkotsu ramen was good but the basic udon broth (not the Nabeyaki) tasted too strong of shiitake mushrooms. I like shiitake but it was too overpowering for an udon broth. Would just get the tonkotsu ramen instead my husband really enjoyed it. My daughter got nigiri sushi and she did enjoy it but didn 't say it was amazing. Would try again and hopefully would have a more pleasant and friendly server not rushing us."

"The staff today was so sweet! The food is a little bit expensive depending on what you get, but honestly, I haven’t had Customer Service like that a long time. A young person probably a food runner overheard us saying it was someone’s birthday in our party. They wished him a happy birthday asked about his plans and was just generally kind. Then another person came over and offered a birthday treat. Everyone in food service is tired overworked and things just haven’t been the same since Covid. But I just wanted to acknowledge the people that still have a natural smile on their face and try and make the place where you’ve chosen to spend your money worth it."

"Don't go. I thought it was a sushi restaurant. but has a limited menu and is just like it from the promenade to the foot, and if we just say we mean it seriously. no edamame. no typical rolling never make good rolling. disappointed."
