"Although some people may think I'm crazy for saying this, I was not impressed with the sandwiches at this restaurant. I had heard great things about their steak and cheese sandwich, which is a favorite of mine that I have tried at many places. Unfortunately, the main issue was that the rolls on both of the $13 subs were not fully toasted. They felt soggy, steamed, and lackluster. I had to toast them in the oven to make them more palatable. The steak and vegetables inside were tasty, but the overall experience was hindered by the roll issue. Despite this, I still gave them a generous 4-star rating and will give them another try as it may have just been an isolated problem. The service was good and quick, and the staff seemed very organized with a clean kitchen."
