"My experience was amazing at Cocina Candela. We made reservations online which was super convenient. We were given bread with a delicious herb-garlic butter compote that was devine. We started with the sorullos de maíz stuffed with cheese and the bacalaitos. Plated beautifully and tasted even better. My wife had the shrimp mofongo and I had the Arroz con gandules with pernil. The rice had the smoked ham just like my mom does it. Every bite brought me home. I’m a Jersey native, but Morovis Puerto Rico runs through my veins. Muchas bendiciones Candela.
