"Delicious menu and food. Service was good though we could have used a few more visits from our waiter (we felt a little forgotten). Our artichoke salad was really tasty and the bread was fresh out of the oven. My eggplant parmesan was worth coming back for. My boyfriend loved his salmon pasta. Our food was served piping hot. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel is located in the historic Gaslamp District De Medici has competed with numerous other restaurants of all kinds and prices. This is an upscale restaurant and the menu offers authentic Italian cuisine at md offer prices. Food quality was excellent and wine prices were appropriate. Service excellent and overall a very pleasant Italian meal."

"Pasta section of menu was a little confusing. Most pastas were not printed out and it was a little hard to follow what was verbally conveyed. Ended up having chicken parm which was solid. Ambiance could have been better. Music in restaurant was way too quiet."

"only not! terrible experience. went for mother’s day and was sitting up in the sticky dining room. (broken mirror columns and fly for free what professional waiting staff does not know if they serve water bottles? and then when they realize that they do (at almost 5 dollar per pop) say it is not cold and ask if they want to drink it warm? and then when you look politely. do they bring you in a fragrant skirt without ice? the info on the menu was unusable. I: What did you try? nothing much awesome while the hand on the pasta site was good. it was ice cold and we had to send it back to betray again. which meant they nucked it and dried it out. "This Italian restaurant is just wonderful. I travel a lot for business, and this is one of my favorites in several states. I tried about 8 weeks ago, and I'm going to visit it every week. It's a highlight in the week. I discuss the food with the server or the owner (Marco, of course) and usually go with their recommendations. Every time the food was great. I started with a partner. Tonight we had eight. The food is excellent, and the service is excellent with personal attention from the owner. Any recommendation I made from the staff was wonderful, and that was also the case with my employees. If Marco recommends tasting a wine, we often travel home and rush to our local wine merchant to buy it. While the most important courses are wonderful, you can deceive yourself by not trying its Tuscan chicken wings, its bacon wound scallops, or its shrimp dijon appetizers. The textures and aromas and diversity (and some very beautiful finds in wine) make every visit a wonderful experience. Marco turns an evening into a great evening. It is good for a romantic dinner or a retreat from a busy, hectic day. Treat yourself to a wonderful culinary experience with a price that will give you the review to ensure that all the great foods and drinks included. I recommend this place not only; I'll take my friends."

"Ciro and Sals is a restaurant that is not on the commercial road (the most popular and passing road from Provincetown), but a nearby road. 1. Ambience: What it is not for a beach with restaurant, it goes through its ambience. I love the entrance and the garden seat. The bar was also well furnished. 2. Service: The service was great! Ron, our server was super passionate about the food he served. And he seemed really enjoyed it! 3. Food: The food was really good. I ordered the zucchini butter (mostly delicious), mushroom ravioli ( Ohh so good) and verdure del giorno. I had expected the Verdure del giorno to come with a beautiful variety of sautéed Veggies. That was the only court I wasn't impressed with. It felt like Grated carrot, which was embellished. Apart from that, the food was beautiful. Great aromas and spices. 4. Veggie review. 4/5 I felt that vegetarian food was given love as it was well included in the specialties and was also delicious! I love this place. I'm going back to Provincetown to have my date here!"

"that was my first time in il porto. I was very impressed by the ambiente. the old building with brick facade and open, irradiated deck. the waiting staff was attentive and did not denounce our party of five what I guess. we wanted to eat Italian and we have it! each of us enjoyed our meals and drinks very much, and desserts too. it is not cheap, so it is a special purpose."

"Fantastic homemade pastas and a wine list that has what you need. Anti pasta and entree list is all fantastic too. My favorite in the area! Treat yourself to healthy fantastic tasting food. Healthy you ask, rich and high in calories, sure, but the body knows how to process whole ingredients and this place uses just that in their menu items. Do your taste buds and body a favor!"

"The man who waited on us, possibly the manager/owner, was super friendly, engaging, funny. The reason for lower rating is the pricing of the menu when we went on Mothers Day was $10 higher on most items (according to some of my family) than what was listed on the restaurant’s website menu which is deceptive. Members of our party felt the value wasn’t worth the quality quantity."

"We won't be coming back here. Veal tough as over cooked pork. Prosciutto so thick and tough ughhh. Canned or jarred red peppers and Ezra's Alfredo was margarine and butter no cream at at all. He ate it but he was hungry. Olive Garden would have been a better choice. First time for everything. Service suck. I am first generation American born mom from Northern Italy and my dad Sicily and yes I do not have family time with both sides at the same time. If your from Sicily or Italy you know why."

"We're going in, just both of us, early at 5:30. We ask for a 4 top, because we enjoy ordering several dishes at once and a 2 topper is challenging. The guy dressed in his little cooking outfit, looks in the empty dining room and tells us that the two 4 topper are reserved. Drop our menus at a 2 topper and go away. ignore us. We fought through an overcrowded table, hanging plates above the side. ended our meal and didn't know it. Both 4 funnels still empty!! We love our server, it's great! Eating is also good, just make sure you understand what you want to avoid disappointment."

"very beautiful server! many thanks to celina and for their tips where they can see a great sunset. would not be recommended and as food, not the time or money worth. that was not great. chicken cacciatore was served with 5 “highs”. more like drumsticks and a haufen pasta. ok sauce, but nothing extraordinary. husband got med rare paprika steak. it was hardly that and the sweet were warm and almost raw. the environment was very dated and very quiet (purchased, it was a Wednesday at 5:30.)"

"Young, attentive, personable staff; older clientele most likely heading to a Saturday night Philadelphia Orchestra concert at the Kimmel Center. That's the vibe of this bustling restaurant while we were there. My only complaint was the pacing of the dishes to the table. I'm guessing it's because of the above concert. It wasn't ridiculously fast but a slower pace would have made it more enjoyable. The shared Frutti Di Mare was a delicious plate of grilled Calamari and Shrimp marinated in a lemon juice, garlic, and peppered olive oil sauce. A fantastic start. The Fish Special for the evening was a perfectly cooked Swordfish in a picante sauce. (We requested the change in sauce to this one they were more than happy to accommodate) The Risotto Ai Gamberi was one of the best risottos I've had in a long while. The Arborio Rice was perfectly cooked and served with Shrimp and Peas in a Porcini Mushroom sauce. The shared Tartufo dessert (ice cream formed into a ball and coated with chocolate) was delicious. The Cappuccino was also very good. Before tip, the bill came to about $90 a very reasonable price for a very memorable meal. We will definitely be returning."

"The restaurant is in a beautiful location and the service was excellent. We wish they had parmesan cheese for the bread, but that's just a personal preference. The fish was a bit overcooked this time, but in previous visits it was good. The pizza was fantastic!"
"We loved every single person that took care of us. Really special. The food was beyond good. The negative came about when service was just off. The restaurant was packed and so that may be part of the problem. We ordered the most delicious calamari and Italian sausages to split for an appetizer , a pear salad to split, and then we each had an entree. Waiters brought several dishes to us asking if we ordered this or that , which we had not. We really enjoyed the bread with a wonderful nice sized pour red blend wine. Unfortunately, the wine was warm so we added a couple of ice cubes. It’s just a shame to water down a wine that good. After our wonderful appetizer we received our entrees. We were enjoying those when they tried to bring the salad course. What? No room on the table plus we had just started our entrees. We sent the salad back. We were not charged and would still give Gusto rave reviews. The flavors were outstanding staff were so polite. They just need to fix service. We can’t wait to return"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carellis this past evening and it was an unforgettable experience. The menu offered a delightful array of traditional Italian dishes, each sounding more tempting than the last. The Chicken Saltimbocca was hands down phenomenal cooked to perfection over potatoes. Save room for dessert too as those fresh crepes are a must!"
