"We had a late dinner here recently. I had not been here for years but my experiences had always been great. The menu is a bit eclectic with duck taquitos and other interesting choices. Chips and salsa are both fresh and delicious. I had the blackened ahi tuna tacos. The portion sizes are huge and incredibly flavorful. However, later that evening I did not feel well and experienced nausea and gastrointestinal problems over the next day. This meal was the only possible source of the problem as I had not eaten during the day except for some beverages. It put me off my meal experience here. We'll try it again someday but I'll be more cautious about what I order."

"I myself and a friend wanted to eat Mexicans and had never had mexicans in felshügel, so simply by pictures and reading reviews I chose this place. let me just say that I didn't have better picked up, the staff was very nice and the service was very fast. eating was absolutely amazing and her horchta was really good, so I give this a 5 star, his well deserved. everyone wants a great clean place to sit and a great dinner go here"

"We were excited to visit Mariachi for the very first time, as it is quite close to our home. We didn't have a good first impression, though, as the first person we met at the door (who also acted as our server) was quite lackluster. There was no smile on the face, didn't feel welcomed. We were the only patrons at the time, and it took him a while to get our order and clean out the other tables. He took his time walking to our table and moving around the restaurant. For every question we asked, we were met with an initial blank look and it took a while for him to respond. The utensils came late, after the first dish (soup for my parents) was served. The soup was not hot, and we asked for a replacement. He looked annoyed that we asked this. The soup that came back had a very hot bowl, but the soup itself was lukewarm. That said, the rest of the meal was actually quite good and that redeemed our experience at the restaurant. The tacos were good. My dad and I got the crispy tacos (he had ground beef and I had fish), and mom had the regular soft tacos with fish. My husband wanted fish with his fajitas instead of meat, but he was told they didn't have any salmon to go with it. We requested that they use the tilapia (which went with our fish tacos) as a replacement, but was told the chef would not use tilapia. We thought this was strange, as every other Mexican place did not have a problem serving tilapia with fajitas. He ended up just getting vegetable fajitas he said the dish was ok. We are planning to visit Mariachi at another occasion, to see if the service would be different with other servers, but this will not be any time soon. We would recommend the place for the standard items. Am hoping this review will help the restaurant to train their staff better, and perhaps be a bit more flexible in terms of guests' requests."

"Despite worrying about mixed reviews, I had a great experience! Service was consistent and friendly. Ambience and decor was beautiful and very authentic. The food was fresh and tasteful. The Enchiladas came with 3 different sauces in a (mole, red and green) for someone who never to commit to a taste or dish it was perfect! Also get their hot sauce if you like spicy!! Her salsa is also really delicious and has a kick."

"I used to love coming to this place to get gorditas in the past. However, it seems the quality of the food has really diminished over time. My steak gordita came with onions and cilantro and at about half way thru I noticed it has more onion than steak. The orchata I ordered was syrupy and thick. Too sweet for my liking. "I usually have a great experience here, but last week....not so good. We ordered 18. Pie with green pepper and onion. Go. We picked up our cake, went home and when we opened the box, the veggies were all raw. The pizza looked like they took a cheese pizza and added the vegetables as an afterthought. I wasn't happy. Next time, I'll stand and watch my pizza. Because how much we paid, we should make another pizza right."

"The food is excellent and we eat here often. This was our first door dash order. They do not let you order extra things (for example side order of refried beans) as there are no options for it. Also, I ordered enchiladas. There is no place to select the options (salsa verde vs ranchera sause; chicken vs beef). I put the instructions in the comments section and they got it wrong disappointing"

The whole food was great, the waiter was nice and got us some tortillas as I wanted to get the enchiladas instead of the chicken by myself. Bottom line, really good food at a really reasonable price.
