"Bought a whole Peruvian chicken with fried plantains, french fries. Everything was very good though the fries, candidly, were nothing special. The chicken and plantains, on the other hand, were very tasty. Everybody there was very pleasant.Wish I could have ordered over the phone, but it didn't take long once I was there."

"Their chicken is great , espeshely with their dipping sauce . But their fantastic sides are not just generous their amazing ! They don't just have fries onion rings . They have the largest number of choices I have ever seen out side of a buffet . Oh and their Hagerstown restaurant is right next door to Bruster's Ice-cream . You don't even have to leave to order . There is an indoor , window for Sardis customers so you can eat your Ice-cream indoors . Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian player with 4 sides a very large selection to choose them from !"

"I got to-go quarter white and white rice with black beans plantains for $20 total with tip they don’t ask for and the food was the bomb!!! The chix was perfectly seasoned and flavored all the way to the bone LAWD was it juicy too!!! The rice n beans has wonderful flavor and texture for being “rib” rice(long grain) it was surprisingly moist(lol), sorry lol. I get plantains at any Spanish joint to really test quality these ones were some of the best around. I LOVE little unknown hole-in-the-wall type joints bc they ALWAYS have the best food!!!! This place DOES NOT disappoint!!!I didn’t rate the atmosphere bc I did take-out but I would say it’s simple satisfying."

"I'm not an adventurous eater to begin with but we had friends in from Peru and they wanted to try Peruvian food and we had hard good things about this place so we figured we'd try it out. For the amount of food, I'd say it's a little pricey. Its filling but not for what they charge. Our friends and my kids said their chicken was dry. My carne asada was seasoned well and just ok. Nothing too brag about. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time or money coming back."

"This small restaurant is a GEM! Exceptional service and food was amazing! Great clean restaurant with a shaded terrace with many breezy fans. Our server was super friendly and polite and made sure we understand what the food was that we ordered so there were no surprises. The Peruvian keviche was so delicious! Also the Yuca al la Hauncaina was some of the best I ever had. The Plantains were perfectly fried. The tomatoes onion salad also delicious. And even the presentation was beautiful. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and cannot wait to go back!"

"I tried dinner tonight and loved it. It is rare to find a place that all 4 of us enjoy. We tried the baked salmon with potatoes and garlic broccoli, the 1/4 white chicken with chicken fried rice and steakries, the Chipotle Box chicken sandwich, and the grilled pollo/ chicken with Brussels sprouts and garlic broccoli. Everything was delicious. My son wants to come back with the chicken for the roasted rice! The chicken was amazing and the sides were great. The brussel sprouts were amazing. We ordered the Calamari and it was good, but nothing special. I like the onion and tomatoes with it, but it needed salt and the sauce provided was nothing special. We would definitely return. Especially for someone who gets fried rice!"
