"I typically don't enjoy dining at chain restaurants, but Carrabba's is the exception. The food is consistently delicious and the menu offers some creative options. It's a great value for the price. I find it amusing how some Zagat reviewers can be so arrogant. It's fine if they don't like the restaurant, as everyone has their own taste preferences. However, the way they express their negative opinions can come across as elitist and disrespectful."

"We called right outside the restaurant and we were told no wait. When we got there it was 5 to 10 minutes. This was about 2 minutes later. I told them we had been told it would be no wait... And with two small children in the waiting area it was going to be exciting. We did not disappoint lol Aunt Trista and my niece got yelled at by Nana more than once. Maybe it was the size of our party, maybe it was a fact that we had two children and they decided to put us in the way way back, or maybe they just tell everybody there's no wait. I'm not sure. Our waitress was very sweet and very accommodating. Water with no lemon, water with two lemons, water with three lemons, boy are we high maintenance. Plus the kids... She had a lot of patience and a great smile for us. The kids' food came out quickly which was awesome. The adult food came out very very very very very slowly. It was delicious when it finally arrived but we felt we had to eat quickly and pack up the leftovers quickly because we were already past our children's bedtime when the food came. I will just say that if we didn't have Netflix on our phones for the kids, the crayons and coloring menu would not have appeased them. Now for the bathroom... Bathroom was generally clean except the handicap stall was not which is unfortunate because when you need one of those you hope it's in good condition. I liked that there was an arm handle so I didn't have to touch the door to leave but the Dyson dryer was disgusting. Luckily plenty of paper towels. Be careful when you're going in the bathroom because you might ram yourself into the person washing their hands. It's definitely a catastrophe warning zone. I would pee here again. "As a person of Italian descent and also a fairly frequent visitor of Italy, I usually place my nose to the chain Italian. (I don't have a name lol), but I enjoy Carrabas. I enjoy the fresh bread, the Caesar Salat is amazing and piquant! In general, I order the Pasta sostanza wuth salmon. This is a large part and holds me at least three meals. This location has a far-away view of the matter map in the animal kingdom ..if The waiting staff is very friendly and helpful."

"This was our first trip to Carrabba's and it was amazing. Our Waitress was out of this world with a perfect memory for our order and how well she accommodated my two-year-old Granddaughter. She made sure our drinks were always refilled and anticipated when we needed anything extra. The food was just amazing. The grilled pork chops were so tender. And the parmesan salad was delicious. My dinner came with two sides and I enjoyed sauteed broccoli and asparagus both of which were just yummy. We added a to-go order for my son-in-law who was at work and I waited as my husband daughter and Granddaughter went to walk in the mall, while I waited I asked for a piece of cheesecake, it was so big I could only eat the tip and had to have another box added to the three we had already from leftovers. This was just a great first trip to a new restaurant that will be in our favorites to visit!"

"Okay… I would normally not consider chain restaurants…but! I’ve been traveling for the last 3 days now and I really wanted pasta. I called Delucca’s several times for 30 minutes and got greeted with busy signal then I tried Al’s and the person was so rude I hung up. Carrabba’s came through for me! They were very professional and their phone etiquette and customer service was a breath of fresh air. The food turned out very delicious. I made my own pasta and it was exactly what I was craving! A Huge Thank you to the Staff at Carrabba’s!"

"we had my parents 50th wedding anniversary yesterday of 50 people. The staff was excellent, food was great, management over the top as he had added on extra servers for our party, was organized and demonstrated excellent management leadership. He also volunteered to pay for my parents dinner, added a bottle of wine and two Carraba's wine glasses. Even if he had not given such a generous offer, his management expertise showed through the staff, the cooks, the customer service and friendliness. I would, and have referred them already and it was by far the best choice we made for this very important event. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everyone had an over the top experience. Well Done! "Came here with my husband it was his first time and we loved it. Our server/host Mary R was beyond fantastic.She was very nice, professional, outgoing, caring and friendly. She definitely made us want to come back. Especially for her to be our server. She had us feeling like family very comfortable at all times. When it came to checking on the food which was very satisfying, drink refills, upselling and desert options, she was on point. The manager Kim was also on top of her staff as well. You could tell she is a good a manager,because she as well as the employees were all smiles the whole time. They all worked great as a team. Effectively and everything was smooth sailing. If I was looking for a job, This would be my place of choice."

"This was my first time at a Carrabba’s and my expectations were exceeded. I worked at Outback 10 years ago have tried different locations since and have never been so well taken care of or enjoyed the food as much as I did here. Matt was so attentive to myself and my daughter. He helped me navigate the menu with my lactose intolerance. Carrabba’s is my new favorite of the Bloomin’ Brand restaurants! "I need to remember to ask not to be sat in the bar area! I love their food so I'll give the stars for that but the service was awful!!!!! The bartender was our server and she was so concerned with her 2 people sitting at the bar that we were totally ignored!!! The 2 people at the bar were regulars or friends I am sure because the language the server was using I am sure she wouldn't use around regular customers. She took forever to take our order and we literally sat and stared while she went on and on with her bar customers/friends! We finally received our food and she ran by dropping refills at our table and ran off. She didn't ask if the food was ok or if we needed anything. She went right back to talking with her friends . Somehow our food took almost 45 minutes to come out but the only other table sat in the bar came in 20 minutes after us and got their food at the same time. We finally waved her down for boxes and wanted dessert but she dropped our check and ran. We had to call her back to the table to order dessert. We had several boxes and had to ask for a bag to carry them. Service was slow and not friendly. Carrabba's has always been one of my favorite restaurants but service has gone downhill so much! This was the second time I've been sat in the bar area and had horrible service. I never tip less that 50% because I know how hard servers work. This time I tipped exactly 20% and wanted to tip less! I may need to find a new favorite place for date night with the hubby!"
