"When making substution for unavailable items please contact the client first. This would have avoided 30 min with customer service and I would have simply canceled my order. I ordered a steak dish, and it was substituted for a chicken dish. unfortunately, I am allergic to chicken and was unable to eat the meal. all I had a received was an email I saw after the fact with $1 refund to make up the difference of price. I had to contact customer service for the whole amount since I couldnt eat it."
