"Waiters barely speak or understand English. Therefore when they get your order wrong you're still expected to pay full price and more. My order was brought out without the shrimp it was supposed to have. When I told them they brought the shrimp out separate. Then charged me for 2 orders. Bad business. Cartel."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was quite rude after they messed up my reservation. Our tables were dirty from the previous customers, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, her response was basically dismissive. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for."

"I use to love their food only Mexican restaurant I would eat at . 1 the food has just changed! Especially the salsa it was so very good , now it’s bland and tastes like tomato sauce. I did not expect delivery food to be any different than dinning in , but 2 twice now I’ve been disappointed.. from spilled salsa all over inside my delivery bag to just inedible dried food and missing items .I will not use them for delivery again !It’s really left me disappointed to the extent that I may not ever go back .There is competition out there , I’ve been to Adele’s twice now and they are far superior in variety and freshness they do not offer delivery yet"

"Omg the grilled lamb. I’m pretty sure they bought their lamb in heaven because it tasted heavenly. So juicy, so tender and so flavorful. Their bean with rice was the best I have ever had, seriously what did you put in there. I rarely finish rice on the side but this rice omg I was literally stuffing my face with all the bean and rice I could grab. We also ordered the sampler and it was nice to try our everything. The mojito was strong and also delicious. Service was great and fast too. I just wish I was able to eat more because I would love to try everything on the menu! Will definitely recommend Cuba Café to friends!"

"Worst experience ever. Cheese was like water, the refried beans soupy. All 3 of our dishes were the same. Soup! Knats and flies were constantly flying around us. "Now I’ve had plenty of Mexican food in my travels but this little gem in Winston Salem hit the spot too cure my itch for some good eats. The pieces are excellent for the amount of food you receive. I came in with a family of 3 and didn’t walk out with half my account on the table. I had the ACP, very soft marinated chicken with a good flavor. Definitely with the visit"
