"We went there at 5pm the place had just open to pet Christmas dinner my. Either his wife and kids and my husband it was our Christmas dinner get together The place was empty it was 4 adults and 4 kids It started well we got drinks and place our order for their delicious cheese bread It took forever for the bread to come out Then our server no where to be found she was on the phone taking orders for pick up finally a different server took our order The food was ok the kids chicken tenders where over cooked My husband veal parmigiana over cooked No one came over to ask how are meal was after it was served or if we needed more drinks waters were refilled I've been here before many times always great service and really good food not sure what happen But at 5pm as you open there is no excuse for such poor service, they didn't seem kid friendly even though they have a kids menu I should of gone over to D'Bellas as they are always consistent friendly service and more economical my take away don't bring kids here mind you our kids were very well behaved engaged in conversations with the adults So this am I notice in my itemized receipt we were charged for spaghetti and meatballs regular price instead of kids menu price mind you all kids were under 7 years old Personally it will be a while before we consider coming back even without children"
