"I made a reservation for Coco Club on a Friday night at 9:00 PM through OpenTable. Based on the description online, I expected it to be a themed bar or club with live music every night, open until 4 a.m. I thought the club was located on the second floor above another restaurant or bar. However, when we arrived, the staff seemed confused and unaware of our reservation. It appeared that Coco Club was actually a banquet hall that is only used for special events. The staff did not provide a solution and simply stated that we did not have a reservation for that night. It would have been helpful if they had explained the situation and why the venue is listed on a website for dinner reservations, while directing us to the restaurant or bar downstairs for dinner or drinks."
