"This was our first bad experience here in over 5 years of near-monthly visits. The food and drinks were as good as always, but the service was terrible. We were parked at a table just inside the patio doors. The patio had two, large parties, which would explain the long periods of neglect, though it in no way EXCUSES it. We were left for long periods without inquiry, having to ask someone to find our waiter at one point and, later, having to rise to get the check after sitting for 20 minutes at a cleared table! Were it not for our favorite waiter, Ernesto, I think we’d be sitting there still!"
