"We arrived a little early for our reservation and were seated immediately. Then we waited more that 20 minutes for the first staff member to approach us and offer water. We finally ordered after about half an hour. We then waited more than an hour...for our appetizers (salads). We were just about to leave when they came out. We then had to wait another half hour for our mains. Our server kept apologizing but something was definitely wrong in the kitchen. We noticed other tables that also waited a long time while some that came after us got their food faster. The manager came out a number of times but ignored our table completely. During Covid lockdown we ordered deliver from this restaurant almost every week. This experience has destroyed our confidence in this restaurant and I doubt we will ever return or order again. As for the food the spigola was excellent and the chicken was tasteless. The veggies were so hard it seems like they hadn't been cooked at all."

"The service at this restaurant was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed friendly enough, but there were some delays in getting our food and drinks. However, the atmosphere was quite pleasant and inviting. The decor was cozy and the lighting was just right. Overall, a decent dining experience."
