"Reservation for new years eve but they have no power. It's uncontrollable BUT they should have been calling everyone that had a reservation instead of letting customers make the trip downtown to see total darkness. They still sent out automated texts about reserved time slots, counting down the last 30 minutes. So un professional."

"Horrible experience at this place. Ordered two acai bowls and it took forever. One café late and they got my cafe wrong and once I finally got it it tasted old and with a funny smell. I also got two muffins and asked if they could warm it up, that took like 15min and they brought the muffins in the same temperature as when I bought them. Nothing really tasted fresh and good.
