"“Pfund for pounds”, the best steakhouse in which I still gedint. marcel can walk with any steakhouse in kc or chicago. how highly recommended how marcel came, the ambiente, the personal, the liberations, and much more than the hype exceeded. his ambiente creates an interwar, the pariser steakhaus der lost generation. the staff, from the host to the waiter to the barkeeper, was exceptionally hospitable; I need to compile personally bartender michael and eric for their professionality. so far cocktails go, marcel has the vieux carré on the menu that is a rare thing outside of new orleans, so bonus points for it. the jimmy roosevelt, best I can describe a masculine mimose (cognac and green chartreuse instead of abl). the farewell warmed the heart of my inner ron swanson: bone marrow, bone-in ny strips. marcel is the champion in my book."
