"I really enjoyed the food here, I thought the Ramen was delicious and well worth it for the price. I think Ramen is an excellent meal for a cold day. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because there were a couple issues: First, when the server was taking our orders (we were a group of 10) the electronic device taking our orders randomly stopped working, so we all had to order again. This was a lengthy process. Second, the same device would not accept our credit cards. We tried several times, the device was a problem and took about 10-15 extra minutes. Secondly, the meals were cooked in groups of 4 bowls for some reason, so 4 people at our table got their meals, then we waited another 15 mins for the next 4 ramen bowls, and then a shorter amount of time for the last 2 bowls. All in all, from the time we ordered to the time we received our food it was quite awhile. Since we are such a polite and well-mannered group, we all waited until everyone at the table had their food, and when I took a bite, my Ramen was lukewarm. Once again, the Ramen was still very good. I wish I had gotten extra noodles, but didn’t want to wait another significant amount of time. Anyways, go on a cold day with a small group and try to pay with cash. Enjoy!"
