"My son and I were in the area to see someone. They were not going to be available for another hr so we decided to stop by Kelly's for a quick bite to eat since my son was hungry and we needed to kill some time. We were seated fairly quickly and it didn't take long to order food (he was the only one). Let me say we ordered before the table of 3 adults and 3 kids behind us. He ordered soup and salad, it took forever to get our food, and when it did come the soup wasn't even hot. Oh, and our simple meal came after the meal for 6. Food wasn't finished because it was Luke warm and it took forever to get the check. The bill was about 15 bucks the waitress looked at us when we handed her a 20 and said keep the change. I hope she wasn't looking for more."
