"If you want something thoughtful, healthy, and delicious this is your spot. My only critique is some recipes are not kind to an individual with high acid levels or issues with digestion. With that said the few menu items that fall into this category are few. The smoothies and shakes are INCREDIBLE. If you have dietary restrictions I am certain they will have something to accommodate you. This is a family owned and run business and they certainly put their whole heart into what they do. “Good Neighbor” truly personifies it’s name and adds to Engelwood’s value with what they offer."
