"I went to eat at the Nature's grill Smith st location today. Luckily for me after I ordered my food I stayed and watched the cooks make my food. I was horrified and angry at lack of sanitary and overall food safety of the workers. Major cross contamination, cooks using no gloves sticking their hands into a box of raw chicken then touching utensils and other food prep. Another cook shaping a raw burger with hands no gloves. Sick stuff, were is the managers. Do yourself a favor do not eat at this place, health department please visit this location between 11am-1130. I told the cashier I wanted my money back at first she said no, then I quickly convinced her to refund my money after she witness the cross contamination. The owners need to do a better job."
